When are uploaded files deleted?
K-CONVERTER is built for short-lived file processing, not long-term storage.
Uploaded files
Uploaded source files are stored only for temporary conversion work and are not meant to stay available like cloud storage.
In the current service design, uploaded source files are normally removed within about 24 hours.
Converted results
Converted results also stay only for a limited period. They are meant to give you time to download the result, not to act as permanent storage.
In the current service design, result files and related job information can remain for a few days before being cleaned up.
What you should do
Download the files you need as soon as processing is complete and keep your own copy in a storage space you control.
If a download link expires later, it may no longer work.
